About the Role

We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineers to join the engineering team supporting the Axys project. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in testing cloud-based software solutions within agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate projects to ensure compliance with corporate quality standards, product specifications, and documentation requirements.
• Execute QA activities on time to meet project schedules and quality expectations.
• Write comprehensive test plans defining goals, test requirements, and estimated timelines.
• Identify, analyze, and document all reported defects with clear reproduction steps and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure consistent testing coverage.
• Escalate quality concerns or process improvement opportunities to leads or supervisors and follow up proactively.
• Set up and maintain test environments that accurately simulate production systems.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Deliver high-quality work efficiently, optimizing resources and minimizing costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience writing test cases, executing manual tests, and documenting defects using tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred

• Experience testing cloud-based applications or SaaS products.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools or scripting languages is a plus.
