(Senior) Product Manager (m/w/d) - Content & Advertising Tech

We are currently looking for a skilled (Senior) Product Manager (m/w/d) for our Content & Advertising Tech team at About You.

As part of the Brand & Advertising Tech Unit, our Content & Advertising Tech team manages the Content Management System used to publish content. We also provide a dedicated tool that enables partner brands to publish and improve their content ads across our shops.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Product Lead, supporting stakeholder management and actively shaping the ABOUT YOU Content & Advertising Tech team
• Support the development of features with a hands-on mindset by closely collaborating with developers, designers and QA´s. Assisting in testing, gathering requirements, and creating dev-ready tickets.
• Coordinate the product development team by prioritising operational topics, identifying technical dependencies, and evaluating business impact
• Adopt a data-driven approach: use reports and analyses to derive actions consistently aligned with our customers’ needs
• Conceptualise new features and guide the entire process, from initial idea through implementation.
• Be part of an international product team and develop features for thousands of users
• Work in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes
  
  

Who you are

• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, ideally with direct product ownership
• You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency and solution orientation
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand different perspectives easily
• Structured, detail-oriented, and customer-focused way of working
• Practical and recent experience working with Jira and Confluence
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing is a plus
• Initial hands-on experience with UI design and/or development tools is a plus
