About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Systems Engineer with deep hands-on experience managing Android devices using Workspace One UEM. This role will focus on the design, deployment, and management of enterprise mobile devices in a large-scale environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional IT and security teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient mobile operations across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and manage Android devices using Workspace One UEM
- Create and maintain profiles, apps, and automated workflows for Android device enrollment and management
- Ensure all mobile devices comply with established security and configuration standards
- Support mobile app deployments, software updates, and policy enforcement across Android endpoints
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve mobile device and system integration issues
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning for Android-based devices
- Document system configurations, workflows, and best practices to ensure operational consistency
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of enterprise-level MDM experience managing Android devices
- 3+ years hands-on with Workspace One UEM
- Strong understanding of Android Enterprise, device compliance, and security management
- Proven ability to automate and optimize device enrollment and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience managing iPadOS or iOS devices (nice to have, but Android is the focus)
- Prior exposure to large-scale enterprise IT environments
