Day to Day Summary

In this experienced data science role, you’ll tackle a wide range of projects focused on closing health gaps for vulnerable populations, such as improving medication adherence, increasing preventative screenings, and supporting members with chronic conditions in a holistic way. Your day-to-day will involve exploratory data analysis, descriptive analytics, and advanced predictive modeling, as well as designing and measuring experiments like A/B tests. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, help identify and overcome project blockers, and may occasionally “quarterback” efforts to align stakeholders and move projects forward. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll regularly interface with non-technical partners to clarify needs and translate business problems into actionable analytics. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as project scopes and analytic maturity can vary. Experience managing projects is a plus, but the primary focus is hands-on technical support for a busy, collaborative team.
