If you're eager to learn, organized, and excited about working in a regulated manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with IT asset tracking, including documenting equipment moves, updates, and inventory.
- Help maintain and audit compliance documentation related to CMMC, DFARS, and NNPI.
- Keep IT documentation up to date-change logs, configurations, workflows, and compliance records.
- Research and suggest new technologies or process improvements, especially in Industrial IoT and edge computing.
- Follow established IT procedures for maintenance, documentation, and change management.
- Support project tracking and reporting by organizing data and updating systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external support when needed.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT support, help desk, or internship roles (experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Interest in learning about IT compliance and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain seated or standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work onsite in Bellflower, CA (occasional travel to Long Beach may be required).
- CMMC Certification Prep: Assist with gathering documentation and reviewing processes to support cybersecurity compliance.
- Office Moves & Infrastructure Setup: Help with workstation relocation, cable management, hardware setup, and software installation.
- IT Asset Disposal: Support secure recycling and documentation of retired equipment in line with company and regulatory standards.
- A curious, resourceful problem-solver with a growth mindset.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Professional, discreet, and committed to teamwork and compliance.
- Exposure to DoD IT governance and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Industrial IoT and IT infrastructure.
- Mentorship from experienced IT leaders.
- Opportunities to build technical, documentation, and project coordination skills in a regulated industry.
