Veres Career Consulting is recruiting for an Operations Manager (Offshore) for a rapidly expanding U.S.-based investment and operations firm. This is a senior role for a systems-minded professional ready to step beyond traditional operations management. It is an ideal role for a current Director of Operations preparing for a future COO position.
You will act as a bridge between operations, IT, accounting, and investor relations, ensuring every workflow, report, and system functions seamlessly. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, accountability, and precision, and takes pride in building scalable systems that enable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company operations across departments, ensuring process accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage employee and investor onboarding, reporting, and system administration.
- Maintain and improve SOPs, documentation, and cross-department workflows.
- Coordinate IT systems, automations, vendor management, and license renewals.
- Deliver executive summaries, KPI reports, and process improvements to leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations, project, or systems management.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM platforms (InvestNext, GoHighLevel), and workflow tools.
- Proven skill in SOP documentation, data reporting, and automation oversight.
- Exceptional English communication and collaboration abilities.
- Analytical, disciplined, and capable of high-level strategic thinking.
