iOS Engineer

Tokyo (Fully Remote)

Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000~¥9,000,000


We are partnering with an innovative tech company founded in Japan that is transforming the way businesses and communities use spatial data. By leveraging cutting-edge 360° VR and cloud technologies, the company enables users to easily create, visualize, and share immersive spatial content—making communication smarter and more interactive.


As an iOS Engineer, you will:

  • Lead the development of iOS applications that power the company’s core VR and spatial data services.
  • Work across the full product lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and release.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and Android engineers to enhance the 360° camera shooting app used for VR content creation.
  • Drive new mobile initiatives that align with the company’s shift toward smartphone-first solutions.
  • Take ownership of technical decisions, propose new features, and introduce emerging technologies.
  • Work in a small, agile team where your contributions directly shape the product’s growth and user experience.


Requirements:


Must:

  • Experience developing applications in Swift.
  • Proficiency with SwiftUI and Combine.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a cross-functional, global team.
  • Fluent Japanese proficiency (business-level or higher).


Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience developing client applications using Java, Kotlin, or Unity.
  • Knowledge or experience using Deep Learning modules in mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with VR/AR applications or spatial data technologies.
  • Interest in contributing to product planning and feature design.
