About Easygenerator

Easygenerator is a Dutch EdTech scale-up, headquartered in Dubai, on a mission to revolutionize learning with our award-winning authoring tool. Trusted by global giants like Kellogg’s, T-Mobile, and Siemens.

AI-First Company - not only in the products we build, but in how we operate internally. You’ll get hands-on experience with the latest AI technologies, be trained on how to use AI to work smarter, and develop a future-proof skillset that will keep you ahead in the years to come.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing Product & Data team and shape the analytics culture across our fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform. You’ll turn data into actionable insights that drive product strategy, growth, and customer success.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Leadership to answer key business questions through data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Domo) and define key metrics.
  • Write efficient SQL to extract and analyze large datasets (Snowflake, etc.).
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and inform prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability.
  • Support experimentation — define success metrics, set guardrails, and analyze test outcomes.
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analytics and storytelling.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years in Data Analytics (Product, Growth, or SaaS preferred).
  • Advanced SQL and strong skills in Tableau/Power BI/Domo.
  • Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
  • Experience defining and maintaining metrics across product funnels or journeys.
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to translate insights into action.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and statistical reasoning.
  • B2B SaaS or EdTech experience a plus; familiarity with Mixpanel preferred.
  • Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, CS, etc.).

Why Join Us

  • Data is central to every decision — your work will directly shape company strategy.
  • Partner with leadership on high-impact analytics initiatives.
  • Build advanced systems for experimentation and predictive insights.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture with competitive pay, visa support, relocation, and benefits.
