Job Description
My client is actively seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to 100% remotely support their growing international team that is based out of the greater Chicagoland area.
This is 100% remote but most work central time (CST) zone hours
Job Description:
- Experience working on AI projects in matrix organization
- At ease with technology
- Project Planning & Governance
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
- Define project governance models and reporting cadences.
Execution & Monitoring
- Track progress against milestones and KPIs.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (for Agile projects)
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports
Tooling & Reporting
- Utilize client-approved tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, PPT, Excel) for tracking and reporting
- Business analysis skills seen as a plus
- Technical writing skills seen as a plus
