Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Manager / Founding Tech Lead for a Startup based out of Los Angeles CA. They are one of the largest producer of social media ads in the USA.
Candidate Requirements:
5 - 10 years of experience building and owning a complete end-to-end technology stack (Frontend + Backend + Cloud + CI/CD): you have owned architectural decisions for a product, led a team, and enjoy being full hands-on.
Exceptional organization and communication skills.
Highly pragmatic and able to manage tradeoffs thoughtfully; fast-moving startup rather than “corporate” mindset.
Proactive and collaborative self-starter with a strong ability to attract other top technical talent and lead them effectively.
A track record of shipping and going through full product development cycle right from writing the first line of code to product in the hands of users and iterating quickly on feedback.
Experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech/MarTech.
Previous founding engineering experience.
Experience with AI integration.
Qualifications
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years' of management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
