DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer | AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform | Poland Remote | 20-28K PLN P/Month (dependent on Mid / Lead)

We’re partnering with a global technology consultancy supporting large-scale cloud environments, and we’re looking to hire one Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer and two Mid-Level DevOps Engineers to join a high-impact engineering function. Candidates can be based anywhere in Poland and work fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, scale and support cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP)
• Implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines
• Manage containerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Define infrastructure using Terraform
• Contribute to monitoring, observability and security scanning practices
• Provide production support, including on-call responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and proactively contribute to delivery outcomes

Key Requirements:

• Commercial experience with AWS or GCP (Senior ideally multi-cloud across both)
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform
• Strong CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
• Knowledge of monitoring and security scanning tools
• Proven production support/on-call exposure
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder confidence (critical requirement)
• Senior/Lead role: ability to guide technical direction and mentor others
• Mid-level roles: experience in either AWS or GCP solidly

Engagement Options & Compensation:

• Available as permanent employment via EOR or B2B contract
• Permanent salary range: 20,000 – 28,000 PLN gross/month
• B2B rate: 150 – 180 PLN per hour
