Your tasks

  • Manage and oversee cloud infrastructure – ensure smooth operation, security, and performance of the Azure environment
  • Administer Kubernetes clusters (AKS) – maintain and optimize container orchestration for scalable and resilient deployments
  • Design and improve DevOps processes – build, maintain, and enhance automation tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery
  • Monitor system health and application performance – proactively track stability, availability, and key performance indicators, addressing issues before they impact users
  • Support development teams – collaborate on application architecture and infrastructure decisions, providing expertise to drive best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a DevOps Engineer role, preferably within cloud-native environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates, Bicep)
  • Advanced skills in Kubernetes (AKS) management and containerization technologies (Docker); familiarity with Helm is highly valued
  • Proficiency in scripting using Bash and PowerShell, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken), combined with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
