Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager
Type: Independent contractor
Compensation: $60–$80/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 30–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management domain.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research.
- Diagnose and solve real issues in your domain to advance machine learning systems.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting-edge AI research.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and infrastructure.
Must-Have
- 4+ years professional experience in Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Immediately
- Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
