The Role
As a Senior Security Analyst, you'll be a key player in the SOC team, responsible for monitoring threats, investigating incidents, and supporting clients through complex security challenges. You'llalso contribute to engineering improvements, incident response, and internal knowledge development.

What You'll Be Doing

Security Operations & Threat Monitoring

• Review and respond to alerts from the company's custom-built SIEM platform.
• Identify phishing attempts and suspicious activity through email gateway analysis
• Triage and escalate incidents, handling both routine and complex cases.
• Communicate directly with clients to resolve issues and provide guidance

Incident Response & Engineering Support

• Assist in forensic investigations and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers to refine detection logic and improve threat visibility.
• Document findings and contribute to playbooks and SOPs.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and deliver ad hoc security and IT projects.
• Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Mentor junior analysts and support their development.

What We're Looking For

• A top-tier degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in SOC, blue team operations, or similar cybersecurity roles.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, scripting, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with SIEM tools, threat detection, and incident response workflows.

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communicator whom can lead conversations with clients and internal teams.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.

• Start handling more complex investigations and tickets.

• Take ownership of critical incidents and client communications.
