Position: PowerPoint Formatting Specialist
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $55/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 30+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Clean and standardize PowerPoint decks to ensure visual polish and consistency.
- Apply consistent slide layouts, font treatments, and spacing.
- Format tables, charts, and graphics to align with provided templates or style guides.
- Troubleshoot formatting issues across complex or multi-author decks.
- Implement feedback quickly and accurately across multiple versions.
Must-Have
- Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint formatting across professional or corporate decks.
- 2+ years of experience working on high-volume or deadline-driven presentation formatting projects.
- Strong eye for detail and visual alignment.
- Comfortable with repetitive, formatting-focused work.
- Ability to follow specific style guides and formatting instructions precisely.
- Independent contractor
