About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (backend) and React (frontend) to join our growing engineering team in Islamabad.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full technology stack and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and React.js.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into responsive and dynamic web interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for CI/CD pipeline integration and deployment automation.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to modern web development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with one or more Python frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
- Solid experience with React.js and related ecosystem tools (e.g., Redux, Hooks, React Query).
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or React Native.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, Cypress).
- Basic understanding of DevOps pipelines and deployment automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks or APIs (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Hugging Face).
- Exposure to LLM-based integrations, data pipelines, or AI-driven web applications.
