Position: Senior PL/SQL Developer
Location: Lisbon - Hybrid from Lisbon (2-3 days onsite per week)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior PL/SQL Developer with strong expertise in Oracle database development and solid understanding of Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database solutions to support business-critical applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PL/SQL Developer (5+ years).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts (preferably Oracle).
- Expertise in query optimization and performance tuning.
- Practical understanding of Java and its interaction with Oracle databases.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher); French is a nice asset.
Key Responsabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reusable PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.
- Collaborate with application developers and architects to ensure seamless integration between PL/SQL and Java-based components.
- Analyze and optimize complex SQL queries for better performance and scalability.
- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging of database applications.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all database environments.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
