The Role

• Opportunity to be the first engineer at a company building AI products that transform how work gets done.
• Work directly with the CEO and founding team to design scalable systems and deliver end to end product experiences.
• Take ownership of core business outcomes and have significant influence over both the technology and the company’s direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the platform across the stack.
• Define technical strategy and product direction with the founding team.
• Translate complex requirements into simple and reliable software.
• Deliver features quickly and refine them based on customer feedback.
• Establish engineering practices and delivery standards from the start.
• Hire and mentor engineers as the team grows.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in full stack development. ( full stack )
• Experience delivering production systems in fast moving environments.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its applications.
• Willingness to be based in New York City.
