Founding Engineer – Applied AI
Location: New York City, on site

The Role
- Opportunity to be the first engineer at a company building AI products that transform how work gets done.
- Work directly with the CEO and founding team to design scalable systems and deliver end to end product experiences.
- Take ownership of core business outcomes and have significant influence over both the technology and the company’s direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the platform across the stack.
- Define technical strategy and product direction with the founding team.
- Translate complex requirements into simple and reliable software.
- Deliver features quickly and refine them based on customer feedback.
- Establish engineering practices and delivery standards from the start.
- Hire and mentor engineers as the team grows.
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in full stack development. ( full stack )
- Experience delivering production systems in fast moving environments.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and its applications.
- Willingness to be based in New York City.
