CRM Email Developer (Contract)

Remote | Any U.S. Time Zone | $75hr | Nov 1, 2025 – Apr 30, 2026

We’re seeking an experienced CRM Email Developer to join our client’s marketing technology team. In this role, you’ll code and QA customer communications that reach millions of users — including marketing emails, push notifications, and SMS campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and CRM strategists to deliver dynamic, data-driven messages that enhance engagement and brand experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, mobile-friendly HTML emails from scratch
• Build, troubleshoot, and QA marketing and transactional messages across multiple platforms
• Script personalized content using Liquid and Handlebars within Braze and Iterable
• Conduct render testing with Litmus or Email on Acid to ensure cross-platform consistency
• Maintain technical documentation for templates, scripts, and workflows
• Partner with internal teams to translate creative concepts from Figma into functional communications

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email production or CRM development
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive email design
• Familiarity with Braze, Iterable, or similar ESP platforms
• Understanding of email rendering nuances (Gmail, Outlook, mobile clients)
• Experience with QA and end-to-end testing processes
• Working knowledge of Figma, Jira, or Monday.com
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Contract Details:

• Start: November 1, 2025
• End: April 30, 2026 (possible extension)
• Pay: Up to $75/hr
• Location: 100% Remote, open to any U.S. time zone
