We’re looking for a Stibo STEP Developer to join a global team building a scalable Master Data Management (MDM) platform that powers innovation, compliance, and growth across the agricultural value chain.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize STEP modules: workflows, business rules (JavaScript), WebUI, attributes, and reporting.
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of STEP solutions.
- Ensure performance, maintainability, and alignment with PIM/MDM best practices.
- Collaborate in Agile environments using Azure DevOps.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in STEP environments.
Tech stack
Must-have:
- 2+ years of experience with Stibo STEP (PIM/MDM).
- Strong JavaScript skills for business rule development.
- Experience in highly customized STEP environments.
- Solid understanding of Product and Customer MDM.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
Nice to have:
- Official Stibo Systems certification.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD, documentation, pipelines).
- Familiarity with PLM or PDS integrations.
- Leadership experience and stakeholder management skills.
- German language skills.
