Solution Architect – Microsoft Power Platform

Location: Fully Remote (NYC-area preferred for occasional on-site collaboration)

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Power Platform. This role is critical to integrating cloud-based applications and infrastructure into our financial systems portfolio, with a strong emphasis on data integrity, compliance, and enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Power Platform solutions aligned with financial industry standards and internal governance policies

• Lead technical strategy for integrating Power Platform services into existing banking applications and workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver compliant, high-performance solutions

• Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance tuning to ensure reliability and audit readiness

• Stay current with emerging technologies and regulatory trends impacting financial data platforms

• Provide technical support and resolve issues across Power Platform implementations

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse

• Proven solution design experience with data ETL, integration, and pipeline tools in regulated environments

• Proficiency with Azure data services such as SQL, Data Factory, Functions, and Service Bus

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in enterprise settings

• Understanding of Master Data Management and data governance frameworks

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect
