Job Description

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who brings strong technical fundamentals, a sharp problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across fast-moving product teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex systems environments, enjoys digging into root cause analysis, and is proactive about improving performance, stability, and support experiences, both for internal users and end customers.


What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to and following up on internal support requests

• Analyzing log files to pinpoint failures and determine root causes

• Identifying error patterns and addressing systemic issues

• Collaborating on the design and implementation of software solutions

• Meeting defined SLAs and KPIs for issue resolution and ticket closure


Required experience:

• 3+ years in a Site Reliability, backend development, or technical support role

• Proficiency in Java, PHP, and SQL

• Experience with relational databases: queries, tables, and schema understanding

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within cross-functional teams


Nice to have:

• Background in data processing/transformation workflows

• Experience in web software development environments

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and fast-paced product cycles
