Accountabilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to improve AI models and outputs

• Evaluate AI-generated results for accuracy, relevance, and quality
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with global data professionals on analytical projects and AI model improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data, analytics, or research-focused role
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar data tools
• Experience with data cleaning, preparation, visualization, and statistical modeling
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain data-driven insights
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment
