- Create, maintain, and develop client reporting and management information reports
- Provide recommendations for process improvements, reporting automation, and data collection activities
- Use technology to create customized and standardized reports
- Perform QA/QC activities prior to submitting reports to management for final approval
- Support organizational program objectives through support on individual projects and performance deliverables
- Some college coursework in business administration, computer sciences, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to gather and interpret internal and external data
- Experience with relocation services preferred
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and data management systems for data collection, analysis, configuration, and reporting
- Must be proficient using PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in business process and/or data analysis, data collection, and data management
- Familiarity with technology and reporting trends
