Design, evolve, and own our AWS infrastructure
At ReduCate, we’re building a SaaS platform that transforms how professionals learn across Europe. Doctors, lawyers, and teachers already use our products to stay certified — and with each new acquisition, our platform grows in reach, complexity, and impact.
We’ve just migrated our first tenant onto our new multi-tenant platform — a huge milestone. Now, we’re ready for the next step: consolidating multiple systems, standardizing infrastructure, and scaling across brands.
As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of this landscape. You’ll work in a greenfield environment with high technical standards, modern tooling, and the freedom to design things the right way. You won’t just maintain infrastructure — you’ll evolve it, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability for the long term.

What you’ll do
- Own and improve our AWS-based infrastructure managed via Terraform
- Drive evolution of our multi-tenant SaaS setup, ensuring scalability and security
- Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Ensure reliable Docker usage across local dev, testing, and deployments
- Integrate and manage identity solutions (FusionAuth, Google)
- Implement and enhance monitoring and observability (Sentry, CloudWatch)
- Champion security, privacy, and compliance best practices company-wide
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product, and external partners
This is a hands-on role with broad scope — you’ll define standards, automate processes, and continuously improve how infrastructure supports engineering and product delivery.
What you bring
- 5–8 years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience
- Deep expertise in AWS (VPC, ECS/Lambda, Aurora, S3, CloudFront, Route53, etc.)
- Strong Terraform (IaC) knowledge and a documentation-first mindset
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
- Solid grasp of security, compliance, and monitoring in cloud environments
- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architectures or large-scale migrations
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a strong plus
- Pragmatic, proactive communicator who balances speed with stability
