Job Title: Senior Product Manager (Strategy & Delivery)
Location: 100% REMOTE!

We're currently looking for a Senior Product Manager-a hybrid thinker-doer who can own client relationships, shape product direction, and lead cross-functional teams to execution. You'll serve as the connective tissue between clients, designers, developers, and stakeholders-balancing vision with velocity.
What You Need For This Position
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, strategy, or project/account management
- Proven success in agency environments working with ecommerce brands (Shopify/Shopify Plus required)
- Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, including themes, apps, checkout, and analytics
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with a bias for action and delivery
- Lead product strategy for Shopify-based ecommerce experiences, from discovery to launch and iteration
- Translate business goals into product roadmaps, user stories, and success metrics
- Manage day-to-day project delivery across agile pods (design, dev, QA), ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Serve as the primary client contact-facilitating workshops, presenting roadmaps, and building trust
- Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to prioritize features and optimize user flows
- Identify growth opportunities through CRO, retention, and personalization strategies
- Contribute to internal process improvements and mentor junior PMs or strategists
