As a Technical Program Management Intern, you’ll work on real-world projects that power millions of journeys every day — blending technology, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fast-paced, international environment.

The Opportunity

This 10-week internship is part of a global program designed to give you hands-on experience managing complex, high-impact software and machine learning projects. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product teams, and senior leaders to help deliver next-generation travel solutions — while building the skills to launch your career in tech and program management.

What You’ll Do

  • Support agile delivery across large-scale technical projects using modern engineering methods.
  • Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and progress tracking across multiple teams.
  • Translate technical discussions into actionable tasks and clear communication materials.
  • Learn to navigate project delivery within defined scope, time, and quality standards.
  • Work with senior program managers to define and document project plans, risks, and KPIs.
  • Present your project outcomes to leadership at the end of the internship.

What You’ll Bring

  • Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (graduating between Dec 2026 and July 2027).
  • Interest in software development, data, or AI/ML projects.
  • Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for learning how technology drives impact.
  • Available full-time between June 22 and August 28, 2026.
  • Right to work in the UK (relocation support available for eligible candidates).

What You’ll Get

  • £34,000 pro-rata salary.
  • Hybrid work model and access to state-of-the-art offices.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Exclusive travel discounts across global brands.
  • Structured mentorship, professional development, and leadership workshops.
  • The opportunity for a full-time graduate offer after completion.

💡 Perfect for tech-minded students who want to learn how global-scale products are delivered — and gain hands-on experience driving complex projects in one of the world’s top technology companies.
