TITLE: Full Stack Developer - AI
LOCATION: 100% Remote
PAY: Target pay for this role is $130-175k DOE
ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement AI-driven automation tools that streamline operations and workflows across every team. Integrate AI systems into existing processes to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry, analytics, candidate onboarding, candidate support, and team coordination. Stay on the leading edge with the latest developments in automation technologies, machine learning, and AI, recommending and integrating
advancements into the engineering team and operations. It would be your job to be plugged in and share the cutting edge with the team.
Who We’re Looking For
Must Haves
- 3 years of experience specifically in automation engineering or AI-focused software development. You have prior experience specifically with NLP, generative AI, and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Strong familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
