Your Profile & DNA:
We are seeking a highly skilled FileNet Application Developer with expertise in IBM FileNet P8 platform to join our dynamic team.
Role & Responsibilities
- As a FileNet Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting robust and scalable solutions using the IBM FileNet P8 platform.
- You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the successful delivery of FileNet-based applications that enhance document management capabilities.
- Design and develop FileNet-based applications and workflows.
- Configure and administer FileNet P8 components including object stores, document classes, search templates, workflows, and process engines.
- Integrate FileNet solutions with other enterprise systems and applications using technologies like APIs and Web Services.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance and functionality of FileNet applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation for FileNet development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in FileNet and ECM technologies.
- Maintain and enhance existing code bases to improve functionality and performance.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with FileNet development, including the FileNet P8 platform, SQL, and FileNet APIs.
- Understanding of ECM principles, document lifecycle management, and workflow automation.
- Experience with Agile practices and methodology.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Azure pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, co-workers, and clients.
- Ability to analyze simple to complex software development situations and interpret numerical data to complete tasks effectively.
- Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standards may exist, requiring critical thinking for effective resolutions.
- Dutch speaking ( Good to have)
