Role Description{{:}}

The successful candidate will complete robust IT support and administrative processes to manage purchasing decisions, asset management, computer operations, internal user and desktop support (hardware and software) and helpdesk.  You will perform a variety of moderately complex information technology support duties to ensure smooth running and delivery of technology services. This support will be carried out remotely to our employees based across the globe. Due to the nature of the role, hours of work might require flexibility to work with colleagues in different time zones.   

Essential responsibilities and duties{{:}} 

Key Responsibilities{{:}}

  • Providing support to the remote global employees with their IT hardware and software queries
  • Setting up and administering equipment to new starters and existing colleagues
  • Asset Control and Management- purchasing new equipment and tracking changes in the asset registry
  • Maintain up to date and to a high standard the departmental documentation
  • Maintain compliance with the existing standards in place - ISO 27001, SOC 1
  • Basic Active Directory and Microsoft Admin 365 administration including{{:}} Account creation, Password reset & SSO access control
  • 1st line and 2nd line support of all systems and services key applications include{{:}} Microsoft Azure/Office 365, JIRA, Bitdefender Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware
  • Complete IT On-boarding and Off-boarding processes and conduct IT calls with new joiners and leavers

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience{{:}} 

  • Proven experience of working in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Determined and resilient, with a good sense of ownership
  • Good analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem solving
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changes to work schedule when required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Console and/or JIRA is advantageous
