A YC-backed team building AI-powered scheduling software that helps hospitals cut costs, reduce burnout, and improve patient outcomes - already live with clients generating $1B+ in annual revenue are looking for a Founding Engineer to join their team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ship across the full stack -from re-architecting ML forecasting systems to building LLM-powered UI generation that lets customers create custom workflows through chat
• Tackle three frontier problems: real-time transformer-based forecasting, agentic workflow execution within compliance constraints, and platform infrastructure that turns AI into production-grade apps
• Your code will directly impact how 100M+ patients experience care

What We're Looking For

• Full-stack capable (React/TypeScript + Python) and excited to work on ML/LLM systems
• Eager to shape both product and company culture
• High-energy builder with strong product taste who's shipped real products for real customers (new grads welcome)
• Fast mover who maintains a high quality bar and thrives in 0→1 environments
