About the Role

We are partnering with a prominent US-based client in search of a Senior Backend Developer with proven expertise in C# (.NET Core) and SQL Server. This role is a key part of a long-term project in a fully remote setting, with a strong focus on backend architecture and database optimization.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend functionality using C#/.NET Core.
• Design, optimize, and manage complex SQL Server databases.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
• Maintain high code quality standards through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core development.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework, Git/version control, and unit testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance or healthcare domains is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
