The company has raised over $250M and is scaling revenue from $1M to $50M in a single year, with adoption already growing rapidly across top-tier engineering teams. This momentum has created space for Tech Leads to help drive the next stage of growth.
As a Tech Lead, you’ll shape product and engineering direction, lead technical decisions, and guide teams through ambiguity. These are hands-on roles where you’ll design and build alongside your team, while tackling challenges at the intersection of machine learning, large-scale systems, and user-facing product. You’ll see your impact reflected in the product within weeks, not quarters.
The team operates on a hybrid model, three days a week onsite in Palo Alto. The culture is defined by speed, ownership, and the expectation that great ideas can come from anyone.
Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $325,000 base, with strong equity and full benefits. Relocation support is available.
