You'll be stepping into a newly created role that leads strategy, innovation, and execution for a critical product group: high-density fiber optic cable assemblies and ultra-low-latency patch cords designed for GPU clusters, AI training farms, and inference acceleration infrastructure. With full P&L ownership and executive visibility, you'll have the runway to turn big ambitions into measurable impact.

In this role, you will:

• Architect and execute the global roadmap for AI-optimized fiber assemblies supporting 400G/800G/1.6T interconnects
• Lead and grow a team of product managers focused on high-bandwidth connectivity solutions for machine learning infrastructure
• Drive financial outcomes through pricing strategy aligned with AI compute capacity scaling and edge deployment trends
• Align with hyperscale cloud providers and AI chip manufacturers to scale production for massive parallel processing environments
• Serve as the voice of AI infrastructure evolution, influencing data center modernization investments and operations

• Global perspective with ~25% travel to AI data center hubs
• Ability to be in-office 50% of the time near the greater Chicago area (relocation assistance available)
