Senior UX Designer

£400/day (Outside IR35)

Location: Fully Remote

A leading digital agency is seeking a Senior UX Designer to deliver high-impact, user-centred digital experiences for global brands. You’ll collaborate across creative, strategy, and tech teams to shape engaging, data-informed solutions that put users at the heart of every design decision.

The role

You’ll take ownership of UX delivery from discovery through to prototyping, working across multiple client projects. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on design craft — shaping user journeys, validating ideas, and bringing elegant experiences to life.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end UX design across web and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, define user journeys, and develop prototypes.
• Use insights and data to inform and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, tech, and strategy.
• Champion human-centred design thinking across projects.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years’ experience in UX design for websites or digital products.
• Strong Figma and Miro proficiency.
• Proven ability to translate research and insight into actionable design outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable delivering high-quality work to tight timelines in a fast-paced agency environment.
