Our company Directors are Australian & Filipino, with a combined 80 years of experience in all areas of technology including projects, training and staffing. Having run large and small businesses we understand that without high productivity and accuracy, low cost is pointless. The majority of our clients are Australian and US, but we have clients all over the World. We are only a 8 hour flight away from Australia (around 15 hrs for the USA), so physical training visits with your team (in either direction) are easy and encouraged. Our clients select and manage their staff directly, and in this way they control the quality of their staff output. Clients retain control, which makes this model similar to setting up another team onshore. Importantly, we provide consulting to every single client, to help you correct your offshoring strategy before you start. We will make sure that you succeed the first time.
