Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Strong working knowledge of performance management practices and federal and state employment laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within one year.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and business systems such as ADP, Salesforce, Excel, and ideally UKG.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
