Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to double company revenue over the next five years
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including but not limited to launching association health plans in new markets and industries
- Integrate acquired agencies into the broader organizational operation
- Build innovative go-to-market strategies that differentiate the organization in the competitive benefits landscape
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Inspire and lead a high-performing sales organization, bringing out the best in producers and account executives
- Implement proven sales methodologies and coaching frameworks to accelerate producer development and performance
- Foster collaboration between sales and service teams to ensure seamless client experiences

Service Excellence & Client Retention
- Champion a service-first culture that ensures every client interaction reflects a commitment to excellence

- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making

What You Bring
Required Experience & Expertise
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in employee benefits
- Direct experience running an employee benefits agency or leading a large-scale revenue-generating organization
- Proficiency in Agency Management Systems (CRM), enrollment systems, Excel, and similar technology tools in the benefits arena
- 8+ years driving significant revenue growth, scaling organizations, and leading sales teams to achieve extraordinary results
- Experience building and nurturing service-oriented cultures that drive client retention and satisfaction
- Experience in Small Group, Mid-Market (level-funded/ASO), Consumer Markets (Medicare & Individual), and familiarity with association health plans (AHPs/MEWAs)

Location & Work Environment
This position is based in Bellevue, Washington. The role requires regular presence in the office to build relationships, lead teams, and drive culture. Relocation support is available for exceptional candidates from outside the area.
