We're hiring a Social Media Manager to support multiple high-growth companies looking to strengthen their online presence, brand voice, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, data-driven, and experienced in managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conceptualise and develop engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and TikTok
- Design, edit, photograph, and film compelling content using Adobe Suite, Canva, and similar tools
- Develop creative social strategies that accelerate online visibility and engagement
- Research and pitch new social strategies to clients in a thoughtful, easy-to-understand way
- Craft compelling captions and storytelling aligned with client goals
- Create and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms
- Oversee day-to-day client communications related to content approvals and scheduling via Loomly
- Coordinate with internal teams via email on assets and deliverables
- Analyse social media metrics and trends to optimise performance and inform future strategy
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track and measure performance
- Present key social media insights during client-facing weekly status calls
- Conduct daily social listening and community engagement
- Monitor emerging social trends and implement relevant opportunities for clients
- Lead and mentor a team of Social Media Managers, fostering collaboration and creativity

- 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment working with high-profile brands
- Agency experience required
- Previous experience in B2B marketing
- Proven track record of growing large, engaged social followings
- Strong understanding of internet culture, social demographics, and authentic community building
- Experience leading high-performing teams and managing high volumes of content
- Ability to influence marketing and product leaders and collaborate cross-functionally
- Exceptional communication skills (written, editing, verbal, and presentation)
- Compelling copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience with content management systems
- Graphic design and video editing expertise
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from leadership
