Full Stack Developer & Founding Technical Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join as a founding technical partner in building and launching a new product from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to take technical ownership of a product at an early stage, with initial capital investment provided and 25% equity offered to the right candidate.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial who wants more than just employment — someone who wants to help build, shape, and scale a product with long-term growth potential, including the opportunity to relocate to the UK as the business expands.

You will work directly with the founder to turn product vision into a scalable, market-ready platform.

Success in this position means:

• Responsible for product architecture and development

As the company scales, this role may evolve into CTO or Head of Engineering, depending on performance and long-term vision.

• Design and develop full-stack web applications from concept to deployment
• Determine and develop user requirements to ensure maximum usability and product-market fit
• Architect scalable backend systems and APIs
• Build intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces
• Manage database design, optimization, and data security
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices
• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Prepare the product for scaling and potential investor due diligence

• Strong experience in full stack development (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular or similar)
• Experience with backend development (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or similar)
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases
• Understanding of API development and integration
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment
