About the role:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to
contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide ServiceNow
solutions. The ideal candidate must have experience across a wide range of modules, strong
scripting capabilities, and a solid understanding of ServiceNow's platform capabilities including
integrations, automation, and application development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and configure scalable ServiceNow applications using best practices.
• Implement, customize, and support a broad range of modules including ITSM,
SPM/PPM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC.
• Create workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for automating business
processes.
• Develop and maintain custom Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts,
and Scheduled Jobs.
• Build integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub,
including development of reusable Spokes.
• Configure and manage CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog including
request workflows, SLAs, approvals, and notifications.
• Use ATF (Automated Test Framework) to design and run test cases for validating
platform customizations and deployments.
• Support custom and out-of-the-box reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
(PA).
• Work on Service Portal customization and widget development.
• Ensure security and access control using ACLs and role-based configurations.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and story grooming.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP integrations, and
ServiceNow APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-Risk, CIS-SPM) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist Certifications (SPM,
ITSM, ITAM, etc.) – Preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Jira, ADO, or ServiceNow Agile 2.0)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in ServiceNow environments
• Understanding of the ITIL framework
