Holidog is one of Europe’s leading pet-care platforms, connecting pet owners with trusted sitters for boarding, walks, and home visits.

We recently completed a full rebranding and are launching Holidog 2.0: a complete rebuild of our app, a more scalable architecture, and a renewed business model.

Our ambition: become the #2 global player in pet-care and double our size in the next 12 months — and the product is key to achieving it.

The role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager / Product Owner to take full ownership of Holidog.

You’ll work directly with the founder and CTO, combining strategic vision with execution.

Your mission:

• Own and drive the roadmap: prioritise features, align business and tech goals, and make sure things get shipped fast.
• Lead discovery & delivery: turn user needs into clear features, run experiments, iterate fast, and ship with the team.
• Test, measure, iterate: run user research, feedback loops, and track KPIs to continuously improve the product.

• Bridge tech, business, and user needs: communicate priorities, manage trade-offs, and make decisions that move the needle.
• Shape the strategy: contribute to high-level product decisions and help evolve the business model.

Profile

• 3–5 years experience in Product Management / Product Ownership
• Proven track record on B2C products, mobile apps, or digital platforms
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-responsibility environments
• Hands-on, pragmatic, impact-oriented
• Excited by product rebuilds, scale-up challenges, and ownership
