Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will optimize content performance, track metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach. Accountabilities
- Execute social media content across all organic channels, including scheduling, publishing, captioning, hashtags, and light asset optimization.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and discussions while monitoring sentiment and providing feedback to internal teams.
- Lead platform-specific initiatives such as Reddit and AMA programs, ensuring authentic participation, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Apply brand voice consistently across all channels, supporting creator campaigns, thought leadership narratives, and relevant cultural moments.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Paid, CX, Medical, and Legal to optimize content, campaigns, and reporting.
- Test, analyze, and improve content and engagement strategies to maximize reach and impact.

- 3–6+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Proven ability to execute against defined social media or content strategies.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, nuance, and platform best practices.
- Hands-on experience with community management and real-time audience engagement.
- Comfort navigating sensitive or regulated content with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively across organic, paid, e-commerce, and lifecycle marketing teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Fully remote work environment within the United States.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000.
