Job Description
You will be the engine of our growth, responsible for rapidly and effectively scaling our International Sales Center. Your primary focus will be to spearhead the end-to-end recruitment for key commercial roles across different time zones, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent that will drive our global success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for critical roles, primarily: Technical Support Engineers, Business Development Managers, Account Managers
- Partner closely with the Global HRBP and Region leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and market-specific requirements
- Proactively source, engage, and pipeline qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networks, and other innovative channels.
- Screen and assess candidates for both technical competency and strong cultural fit within a fast-paced, global tech environment.
- Manage the candidate experience seamlessly, from first contact through offer negotiation, ensuring a positive and professional reflection of the Streamax brand.
- Utilize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to maintain accurate data, provide clear reporting on pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.

Requirements
- Experience with tech, IoT, SaaS, or automotive/telematics industries. Experience hiring for international/remote commercial roles is a plus
- Direct experience in scaling teams rapidly
- Comfortable recruiting across multiple regions and cultures. Awareness of regional employment practices and candidate expectations.
- This is a remote, contract role. You must be a self-starter, highly organized, and results-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
- Business Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a bonus.
