We’re a team of digital marketing "Make-It-Happeners" who get a genuine kick out of seeing our clients succeed. We work hard, but we value kindness, generosity, and flexibility above all else. We’ve grown significantly lately and need a fresh pair of hands on deck to help us scale even further.
This role is all about driving revenue and building loyalty. You’ll be the engine behind the various CRM and Marketing Automation campaigns that keep our clients' customers coming back for more.
We’re looking for a people person - someone who is happy to hop on a call or send a cheerful Slack message to a client, keeping the vibes high even when things are busy. You should be self-motivated, results-driven, and ideally have some experience working "brand-side" in e-commerce.
We want you to know exactly what your desk (or coffee shop table!) will look like. You will:
- Create Campaigns that Pop: Write, design, build, and test emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages that don’t just look good but actually sell.
- Build Automations: Map out and build "flows" (like welcome sets or abandoned cart reminders) in platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify, and Mailchimp.
- Connect the Dots: Use tools like Zapier to make sure different marketing apps are talking to each other correctly.
- Report & Optimise: Look at the data to see what’s working. You’ll ask, "Why did this email fly while that one flopped?" and use those insights to improve.
- Client Success: Chat with our clients (mostly in the UK and Poland) to update them on progress, spot new opportunities for them to grow, and make sure they feel totally supported.
- AI-Assistance: Use LLMs (like ChatGPT or Claude) to speed up your workflow, from brainstorming subject lines to drafting copy.

You’ve got a bit of experience under your belt and you’re ready to take the next step in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year in an e-commerce growth or marketing role.
- CRM Savvy: Hands-on experience with email marketing (if you know Klaviyo, that’s a massive plus!).
- Bilingual: Proficiency in Polish & English. You’ll need to communicate clearly and confidently with clients in both languages.
- The Growth Toolkit: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4. You understand how to look at performance data and suggest what to do next.
- Creative Flair: You can use Canva to design basic, on-brand graphics that look professional.
- Mindset: You have an "ownership mentality." You don’t just tick boxes; you take responsibility for the results and pride in your work.
