Job Description
About Odyssey
In 2023, we ran the first legal psilocybin retreat in US history.
Odyssey is a pioneering mental health company providing professionally guided psychedelic experiences in Oregon and Colorado, with more states coming. Our clients report unheard of outcomes in mental health:
NPS of 89, with the majority saying their Odyssey experience ranks among the top five most meaningful experiences in their entire lives.
Odyssey is a Public Benefit Corporation at seed stage, led by Gabe Charalambides (Stanford Aero/Astro + MBA; Cape, acquired by Motorola) and backed by top-tier investors who believe psychedelics will transform mental healthcare.
We're building something that didn't exist two years ago. And we need people who want to build with us.
About the Role
We need a Webflow Designer/Developer who can own our web presence end-to-end—from "here's what we're trying to accomplish" to live, polished pages that convert.
This is not a "receive wireframes and execute" role. You'll get a business objective ("we need a landing page for our new retreat location") and you'll run with it: figure out the approach, design it beautifully, build it in Webflow, and ship it without breaking anything. You'll touch everything—growth experiments, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, product pages.
The work matters. You'll be shaping how people first encounter legal psychedelic therapy in the US. Get it right and you'll help someone find something that changes their life.
About the Team
We're a small, fully remote team spread across the US, Mexico, Colombia, England, and Israel. You'll join our Growth Team, reporting to the Head of Growth and collaborating across marketing, sales, and product.
We work US Eastern hours (our Growth leadership is based in MedellÃn), so we need significant overlap with that timezone. We're particularly open to candidates based in Latin America.
The people who thrive here are self-directed, low-ego, and comfortable with ambiguity. We're building a company and an industry at the same time—there's no playbook. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the role. If it sounds exciting, let's talk.

What You'l Do
You'll own our web presence—the first thing most people see when they encounter legal psychedelic therapy.
- Shape the strategy. When we say "we need a landing page for our new retreat location," you'll figure out what that page needs to accomplish, how to structure it, and what story it should tell. Then you'll design and build it.
- Extend the brand. We have a visual identity we love. You'll take it into new directions—new page types, new campaigns, new ideas—while keeping it coherent. You'll work in Figma, think responsively from the start, and create designs that feel premium without being precious.
- Ship in Webflow. You'll build everything you design. Clean class structures, reusable components, fast load times, zero broken interactions. You'll QA your own work before it goes live. When something breaks, you'll fix it.
- Move across the company. Landing pages, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, product pages. You'll work with people across growth, marketing, sales, and product—different projects, different stakeholders, same high bar.
What We're Looking For
The essentials:
- 3+ years working professionally in both Figma and Webflow
- Strong visual design instincts and the ability to work within (and extend) brand guidelines
- Deep understanding of responsive design—you think in breakpoints, not afterthoughts
- Track record of building landing pages that actually convert
- Self-directed work style—you can turn an ambiguous brief into a finished page without hand-holding
- Available to work US Eastern hours
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Bonus points:
- Webflow CMS and dynamic content experience
- SEO fundamentals
- Interaction design and animation skills
- A/B testing or conversion optimization experience

A note on location: We're a remote team that runs on US Eastern time. Several of us are based in MedellÃn, Colombia and we're actively looking to grow our Latin American presence. If you're in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or anywhere in the region with strong ET overlap, we'd especially love to hear from you.
How You'll Work
Projects will range from "here's a complete design, build it" to "we need a page that does X, figure it out." Most will be closer to the second.
You'll collaborate with the team but largely own your projects end-to-end. We expect you to ask smart questions, push back when something doesn't make sense, and ship work you're proud of.
Quality and attention to detail matter more than speed. But speed is still nice.
Role Fit
This role is for you if: You want ownership, not instructions. You're more excited by "figure it out" than "follow the spec." You care about craft but don't let perfectionism kill momentum. You want your work to matter.
This role is probably not for you if: You prefer detailed briefs and clear swim lanes. You want a large team with specialized roles. You need a lot of feedback loops before you feel confident shipping.
Compensation & Hours
This is a part-time role to start—approximately 20 hours per week. Hourly rate is $25–$50/hour depending on experience and location.
We're a growing company, and this role has a clear path to full-time with benefits as our needs expand. We're looking for someone who's excited to grow with us.
