UX Designer (Business Side of Healthcare)

Job Description: UX Designer

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Department: team works on the business side of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help with research, looking at other similar products they can draw inspiration
• Help with user testing so Julia can focus on higher priority meetings
• Someone who is organized who can think things through and think on their feet

• Focusing on end users and getting feedback as quickly as possible
• Someone who can help with Prototyping, help with presentations (showing it to CEO’s, our bosses, etc.) want to show what is coming down the pipeline

Qualifications:

• 3+ years
• Adaptable to all new products/projects – B2B/B2C, SaaS, light on mobile development
• SaaS, B2B
• Well knowledge base of Figma (Figma does lots of updates)- need someone who has worked with it pretty exclusively
• Someone who can adapt – needs to be able to work with multiple projects

• Strong worker, who can take a lot of notes, will do documentation (looking on portfolio’s)
• Need to see the whole project on portfolios – need to see everything listed out from initiation to closeout
• Industry background – business side of healthcare – software for documentation contracts (would be a bonus)

• conscious of accessibility and understands how to design around it

Interview:

• 3 rounds (1st round with Jula, 2nd round Figma assessment (no design, just answering questions and how they use Figma, 3rd round with Julia’s manager and a PM)
