Job Description


About the Opportunity:


This organization is a technology company addressing complex transportation challenges with a focus on safety, equity, and care. It connects individuals needing extra support to vetted caregivers through a marketplace and provides software solutions for transportation in schools and districts nationwide. The role supports building scalable infrastructure and strategic frameworks to enhance sales execution and drive growth.


Responsibilities:


• Partner with sales leadership to translate growth goals into execution strategies, establishing a reliable source for revenue data including territory plans, quotas, and attainment

• Analyze sales performance and attainment data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, suggesting adjustments

• Maintain and improve CRM data quality and optimize workflows with senior RevOps leadership

• Lead sales enablement by developing documentation to support effective system and process use

• Refine end-to-end processes to increase sales velocity and improve win rates across segments

• Support sales forecasting by maintaining pipeline standards and providing visibility into sales rep and customer performance

• Manage pricing updates, renewal workflows, and incentive compensation administration to align commission structures with sales behavior and revenue targets

• Report to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate with senior team members on strategic initiatives


Requirements:


• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environment

• Strong analytical skills to convert data into narratives that guide executive decisions

• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge norms while maintaining collaboration

• Effective project management balancing strategic development with immediate operational needs

• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Coefficient, including understanding of stages, workflows, validation rules, and reporting dashboards

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset focused on identifying gaps and building scalable solutions from the ground up

Compensation:


• Salary range $90,000 to $120,000, adjusted based on candidate experience, skills, certifications, and work location
