Create and manage an editorial calendar: produce, schedule, and optimize multi-format content (posts, carousels, short-form video, Stories/Reels, live sessions).
Plan and run paid social campaigns (awareness to conversion), optimizing creative, targeting, and bids to maximize ROI and reduce CPL.
Monitor social listening and community feedback; respond to audience queries, escalate PR issues, and nurture relationships with advocates and partners.
Track performance with KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions); produce weekly and monthly reports with data-driven recommendations.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, and Design to align messaging, repurpose top-performing content, and scale campaigns.

We are hiring a US-remote Social Media Manager to amplify brand awareness, drive qualified pipeline, and build engaged communities across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and emerging channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated social media strategy aligned to product marketing and demand generation goals for the US market.
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar: produce, schedule, and optimize multi-format content (posts, carousels, short-form video, Stories/Reels, live sessions).
  • Plan and run paid social campaigns (awareness to conversion), optimizing creative, targeting, and bids to maximize ROI and reduce CPL.
  • Monitor social listening and community feedback; respond to audience queries, escalate PR issues, and nurture relationships with advocates and partners.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience managing social channels for B2B SaaS or technology brands with measurable growth outcomes.
  • Demonstrable expertise in organic content creation and paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Twitter/X.
  • Strong analytics fluency: ability to analyze performance in GA4 and advertising platforms to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging tailored to technical and executive audiences; experience with short-form video content.
  • Experience with social scheduling and listening tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform managers).

Preferred
