Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-focused role | Open to candidates across the Americas)

Compensation (Competitive – U.S. Market)
$25,000 – $40,000 USD annually, with potential for performance-based bonuses
(Equivalent to approximately $2,100 – $3,300 USD per month), depending on workload, experience, and performance.

Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to manage and execute the social media strategy for one dedicated client account. This role focuses on brand presence, community engagement, and content performance across key social platforms.
This position is not responsible for Abogados NOW’s internal social media accounts. Instead, the Social Media Manager will work closely with internal teams while owning day-to-day execution for a single client brand.
The ideal candidate understands how to balance brand storytelling, performance metrics, and platform trends, and can operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the client’s brand and growth goals
- Manage and grow one client’s social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, as applicable)
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (copy, visuals, short-form video)
- Collaborate with marketing, paid media, and creative teams to align organic and paid efforts
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly
- Manage community engagement, comments, and direct messages professionally
- Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all platforms
- Support campaigns, launches, and promotions as needed
- Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Experience managing brand or business accounts (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to create compelling captions and short-form content
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) – Native Spanish speaker required
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in legal, professional services, or marketing agencies
- Experience working with the U.S. Hispanic market
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, or similar
- Basic understanding of paid social or performance marketing
